With his big heart and tiny paws, Kobe is a happy, sweet little guy who’s never met a stranger.<br/><br/>This loving little guy thrives on companionship and wants nothing more than to be by your side. Whether you’re relaxing on the couch or moving from room to room, Kobe will be your loyal little shadow. He gets along well with other dogs, and his foster mom says he really pays no mind to the cat in the home. Kobe could be the only dog or have another small dog in the home under 15 lbs.<br/><br/>Kobe may love some couch time with you; however, he is still a very active little guy. We are asking for a securely fenced yard attached to the home. Kobe loves to go on walks and spend time outside with his foster mom. He is doing very well with leash training. Kobe is working on house training and wears a belly band. His adoptive home will need patience to continue working with him on house training for him to be successful. Kobe does tend to plant himself by your feet, so he is a tripping hazard and would not be a good fit for a person with balance issues or a senior citizen.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a happy, affectionate companion who loves to snuggle, Kobe might just be your perfect match! <br/><br/>WE REQUIRE AN ALL-ADULT HOME WITH A SECURELY FENCED YARD FOR Kobe’s ADOPTIVE HOME. The secure fence must be attached to the home, 4 feet or higher with gaps no larger than 1 1/2 inches. An invisible fence, enclosed patio or terrace without grass, temporary fencing, dog pens or dog lots or community shared fencing (dog park) are NOT considered secure fencing. If your fencing has "puppy pickets" (or is supplemented with garden fencing) it needs to be at least 36 inches high from the ground up AT THE LOWEST POINT. No exceptions. <br/><br/>We are an all-volunteer organization, and in addition to saving dogs, we have other responsibilities, so we appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. Response time can take up to 5 business. <br/><br/>Please inquire only if you are willing to come to Greensboro, NC to meet the dog after we schedule your home visit. We do not ship dogs or put them on transports. <br/><br/>Veterinary Care: All Hart-2-Heart Rescue foster dogs are spayed/neutered, current on heartworm prevention, parvo/distemper, bordetella, and rabies vaccines, and are professionally groomed. As needed, our foster dogs have teeth cleanings, extractions, bloodwork and other diagnostic testing. <br/><br/>Adoption Fee: $500
