Kirby was brought in with another dog as a stray and is quite timid and unsure at the shelter.
He’s a beautiful beefy guy but his looks are so opposite his sweet, shy, and scared personality.
He melts into you like butter when he sees you are also quiet and kind. On walks and around commotion he freezes and crouches to the ground but his confidence is building each day.
He has done fine when tested with dogs but he is also so scared with them he isn’t able to open up and really play.
We think in a patient home he will blossom and are really hoping a person that can go slow with him sees the beauty locked within.
He’s sponsored with a reduced adoption fee by Danahy Real Estate.
He’s about 3 years old and about 60 pounds.
