5-6years old. 88lbs (too thin but gaining!!)<br/>Kiera is a sweet middle-aged dane girl. She gets along with other dogs and we thought she might be deaf, but it turns out she just has very selective hearing. She loves to run and play and loves a big cushy bed to curl up and nap on. She knows some basic commands and loves to carry around her favorite toys. <br/><br/>If you are interested in adopting this pet please complete our pre-adoption application at: https://nckyanimalshelter.com/adoption-application/<br/>We will contact you once we have received your application. An approved application is required before adoption. There are no same-day adoptions. While all pets are listed as spay/neutered, they may not actually be altered until after tagged for adoption. Nelson County Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
We ask that potential adopters view our pets online. If interested in a particular pet we ask for adopters to submit a pre-adoption application. Once we receive a completed application it takes a few days of processing time. Applicants will be contacted and made aware the status of their application. Approved applicants will be scheduled to come and meet the pet they applied for. If all goes well with the meeting, the adopter we be able to take the lucky pet home!
