Meet Kai! <br/><br/>3 years old Dog Friendly Kids 7+<br/><br/>If you’re looking for an easygoing, gentle Boxer boy, let us introduce you to Kai! <br/><br/>Although he’s only been with us a short time, Kai has quickly learned our family routines and has been such a sweet, calm guest. Yes, we really did just use the word “calm” in the same sentence as “Boxer boy!” <br/><br/>Kai loves going for walks and playing fetch with his squeaky toys. He also enjoys hanging out outside and happily “porch sits” without barking at or chasing neighborhood walkers, squirrels, or birds. (We still keep him on leash, just in case!) One day we walked past five deer in our neighbor’s yard, and Kai simply gave them a little nod, as if to say, “Good day, everyone.” <br/><br/>He also does wonderfully on walks, calmly passing people, bikes, strollers, and other dogs.<br/><br/>Inside the house, Kai enjoys playing with his squeaky toys, taking treats ever so gently, and, of course, taking naps! He’s curious, follows his people around the house, and is a total mush when it comes to ear scratches. And that head of his? The softest, most velvety head you’ll ever want to pet! <br/><br/>Kai knows “sit,” responds well to “no,” and walks pretty nicely on a leash. He sleeps in his crate at night with no issues.<br/><br/>And yes... Kai has a tail!
