Calling all scruffy adorable dog lovers! Poor little Kathie lost her home due to the boom in evictions! She is approx 15 lbs and about 5yo. She is shy but warms up quickly. There is not a snarky bone in her body! She has this crazy long hair scruffy mo-hawk going down her back that is the best! She loves to snuggle quietly with her person and does not mind other dogs.
