Kai'lo's Story
Meet Kai’lo! 🐾

Kai’lo is a 2-year-old Golden Retriever/Bernese Mountain Dog mix with a heart as big as his paws! He is a loving, goofy guy who enjoys playing, being around his people, and having a good time.

Kai’lo is definitely more bouncy than graceful and more goofy than poised. His playful enthusiasm can sometimes get the best of him, so we believe a home with older children would be the best fit. He is very likely to accidentally knock over a small child when he gets excited and starts playing.

Kai’lo does well with cats, but he will need a proper, gradual introduction and a home where the cat has plenty of opportunities to have their own space and avoid him when needed.

He also seems to do well with other dogs! As with any new canine companion, a meet-and-greet will be required to make sure everyone is comfortable and compatible before he heads home.

If you’re looking for a big-hearted, playful, silly companion who will keep you smiling, Kai’lo might just be your guy! 💛
