Meet Julio
Julio is a sweet little boy. He’s loving and affectionate with adults but he is not good with children at all. He also has a bad habit of going after people’s toes when he feels threatened or scared.
Julio is @ 4 1/2 yrs. old and is currently overweight at 23 lbs. He should be about 18 lbs. or so, certainly no more than 20 lbs.
