Meet Joy

Joy is a sweet, young mixed breed that our team recently rescued off of the streets of Puerto Rico. She is sweet and playful! She is currently being fostered in the San Diego area getting some extra love and affection while preparing to meet her forever family. She is approximately 25 pounds and we believe about a year old. She will remain medium size when full grown.

Joy will need some training regarding socialization around other dogs, pack hierarchy and leash tugging, She absolutely loves kids and loves to walk and run! She would do best a home with a yard and a place to exercise.. She also loves to hunt nice, rabbits and quail. Joy cannot live in a home with cats.
She is making good progress on crate training and being on a schedule. She goes in every night with a little whining but settles down eventually. She's up at 6:30 AM religiously and gets fed at 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
