Jedi 3618's Story
08/28/26. WELCOME JEDI TO DRL! . Please help us welcome 5-year-old Jedi to the Doberman Rescue League! â¤ï ̧

Jedi found himself alone as a stray in Miami and was picked up by MDAS. After his stray hold was completed, we were so happy to get our hands on this incredibly sweet boy and give him the second chance he deserves.

It’s heartbreaking to see what his body has been through. His 5 years have clearly been very rough. His skin shows the effects of fleas, infections, and calluses covering almost every part of his body, likely from spending far too much time outside and lying on concrete.

But despite everything, Jedi is adorable, loving, and incredibly kind to everyone he meets. He knows some commands and is already showing us what a wonderful boy he is.

Jedi is currently in quarantine while he recovers from his neuter surgery. Once he has healed, we will slowly introduce him to other dogs to see how he does. â¤ï ̧ Cats are currently unknown.

For now, Jedi is safe, loved, and finally getting the care he has needed for far too long.

Welcome to the DRL family, sweet Jedi. Your life is about to get so much better. â¤ï ̧ Not every dog is available for adoption or need a foster - some are wards of the rescue (usually due to medical reasons, but sometimes behavioral). These dogs will always be supported by DRL. We welcome financial support for these dogs. Here are links to foster and adoption applications for those dogs who need a foster home or adoptive home.
Foster Application Adoption Application
