JASPER

Please read this listing in it's entirety before asking questions. <br/><br/>JASPER is about a year old, and came to rescue after being in the shelter as a stray. He can be a little bit shy when he meets new people, but it doesn't take him long to make friends. He is a a larger sheltie, at about 30lbs. <br/><br/>He is very sweet, and loves playing with toys and running around his yard. He walks nicely on a leash, is housebroken, and crate trained. As you would expect with a young dog of this breed, he has a lot of energy but does have an off switch. This is a really great young dog. And aren't his freckles adorable! <br/><br/>JASPER would really love to have another young, playful dog in the home. The other dogs in home have resisted his efforts to get them to play and we'd like to find him a home with a playmate.<br/><br/>Jasper is current on vaccinations, is neutered, and ready to be adopted. <br/><br/>We will be requiring a yard with a secure fence (no invisible fences!) at least 4 ft tall, as he really does love to run and play. We adopt dogs to NJ, or reasonably close, as we do in person home checks for every single adoption.
