Meet Jake
This is Jake. He obviously lived a rough first year of his life on the streets. Fighting for food and being treated like garbage. This is Houston. Dogs like Jake are everywhere, all over our city. He is loving, clean in his run in boarding and has beautiful manners. He is grateful. He loves to lick your nose gently. He appreciates a gentle handler and not a lot of chaos. He’s a quiet boy and he’s currently decompressing and recovering from neuter in boarding and would love a foster. We haven’t put him with other dogs outside of the pack he was found running with but I think he would do ok as long as the dog is not high energy as he is a quiet boy. He is about a year and a half pit bull mix. Home visit required for this boy and serious inquires only. This boy will not be failed again. Cypressluckymuttrescue.org for a foster or adoption app
