Jack's Story

Jack is a 14-year-old Jack Russell Terrier and Cattle Dog mix looking for a loving home to spend his golden years. Like his brother Riley, Jack's life changed dramatically when their veteran dad had to move into assisted living. Sadly, no family members were able to take the boys in, and through no fault of their own, they found themselves searching for a new beginning after years in a loving home.

Jack is an incredibly affectionate dog who adores people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. He can be a little anxious at times, which is understandable given all the changes he's experienced recently, but beneath that uncertainty is a sweet, loving companion who just wants to be close to his people.

This senior boy deserves a soft place to land and a family willing to give him the patience, comfort, and love he needs to feel secure again. In return, Jack will reward you with endless affection and loyal companionship. He's ready to spend his retirement years being spoiled, cherished, and loved the way every senior dog deserves.
