My name is Ida. I'm a 7 year old German Shepherd mix. I am house and crate trained, but I don't bother your things when I am left out while you are gone. I am currently on a "diet" since they say I am a little heavier than I should be. I am a pretty chill girl. I do fine with other dogs as long as they are calmer. I haven't been around kids or cats, but my foster mom says I would probably do great with both. However, since I am an older girl, I wouldn't have a lot of extra energy to play with kids. I am described as sweet, cuddly, quiet, loving, and affectionate. I am searching for a home with possibly a retired couple that has time to rub my belly and pet me. I really enjoy that. I don't need a fence, I stay with my people. I enjoy fresh air, but would prefer the comfort of a couch.
