Howard is about 4.5 years old and weighs 11 pounds. He has the softest fur you will ever feel! We think he might be a mix of Lhasa Apso and Bedlington Terrier. Howard likes to be where the action is and is looking for a family that will include him in everything!<br/><br/>He is medium to high energy and working on the housebreaking. We are hoping he will pick it up quickly after his neuter. Amazing cuddler! Good with all people and other dogs. We are bringing him up to date on his vaccines, a neuter and a dental. <br/><br/>Howard would love to find a family to be his forever. Applications are available at www.chesed-rescue.org/adoptions We background and vet check all applicants and are looking for stable homes.
