Was a stray in a tiny unstaffed animal shelter and never claimed. He’s a total sweetheart and very chill for his age. Howard loves to play with the other dogs here at the rescue. He’s ready to train and learn your way! He will go to his new home on a neuter contract that says he needs to be done between the age of 6-7 mos. A voucher for $125 off a neuter will be sent home with him.
