Hermes 3549's Story
04/02/26. Hermes is a 1.5-year-old sweetheart who lost his family after they faced severe financial hardship and became homeless. He’s incredibly playful and affectionate, and he’ll win you over the moment you meet him.

He does well with small dogs and most female dogs. Submit your application for this gorgeous red boy.

He’s waiting to be neutered, and then he’ll be ready to go home.

3/21/26. Welcome Hermes, 1.5 years old, and Coco, 7 months. Their owner became homeless and couldn’t keep them anymore, so they reached out to us for help. Coco has been with Hermes since she was a puppy, and they really love each other. They’re also great with small dogs. Both still need to be fully vetted and spayed/neutered.
Not every dog is available for adoption or need a foster - some are wards of the rescue (usually due to medical reasons, but sometimes behavioral). These dogs will always be supported by DRL. We welcome financial support for these dogs. Here are links to foster and adoption applications for those dogs who need a foster home or adoptive home.
Foster Application Adoption Application
