Meet Henry!

Approx. 5 years old - Male - 60 lbs

This handsome boy has the most soulful eyes! Henry is more of an independent dog, who likes to follow his humans around, but does not require constant attention. He likes the occasional belly rub and affection, but is content just laying near you and resting. He is a low energy boy, that literally likes to stop and smell the roses!! He truly embraces the importance of naps and enjoys his daily walks, where he can move slowly and take it all in! He does well with tolerating other dogs, but would prefer another dog that respects personal space and more on his energy level. He has good manners, is crate trained, walks well on the leash, house trained, and loves car rides - he prefers to ride in the front! He does have some arthritis he will need to remain on medication for and some skin allergies Per his foster mom - Henry is super relaxed; he is the Matthew McConaughey of dogs – chill and handsome! He loves long walks on the beach and an afternoon popcicle on a hot summer day! He also pays no mind to the chickens that live in his foster home. Henry is a laid back hunk that is looking to spend the rest of his days living the retired life!
