Happy would be this girl's theme song because Harmoni loves life and frequently has her tongue out with a goofy smile to prove it. She enjoys exploring the outside world and would love a family that would play with her a fenced in yard. She is full of energy and would make a great adventure dog or companion for a runner. Harmoni is still working on leash training but loves treats and is a fast learner. When you pet her, she will lean into you to show her appreciation for your affection. Everyone who meets her says she is the sweetest girl, but she will need a family who can help socialize her and get her some basic training to help her be her best. A home with older children would be better for this enthusiastic shepherd who is constantly wagging her tail.

Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.

Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
