Hagrid

Meet Hagrid!
Born in September 2022, Hagrid is an adorable Shih Tzu/Terrier mix weighing just 9 pounds. With his scruffy good looks and gentle heart, he's impossible not to fall in love with.

Hagrid is looking for a very special forever home with his beloved sister, Bellatrix. The two have been together since the day they were born and share an incredible bond. They play together, comfort each other, and truly rely on one another. Because of their close relationship, they will only be adopted as a pair.

Hagrid absolutely LOVES kids. They are his favorite people, and he lights up when they're around. He loves playing with toys, romping around with Bellatrix, and joining in on family fun. While children win him over almost instantly, he's a bit more reserved with adults. New grown-ups should expect to take things slowly, allowing Hagrid to approach at his own pace and earn their trust. Once he knows you're safe, his sweet, loyal personality shines through.

Bellatrix and Hagrid will be ready for their forever home after July 28, once Bellatrix's puppies are fully weaned. We're hoping to find their perfect family now so they're all set to head home as soon as they're ready.

Together, Hagrid and Bellatrix will make incredible family dogs—especially for a home with children. They're playful, affectionate, and happiest when they're together. If you're looking to add two loving companions to your family, this adorable brother-and-sister duo is ready to fill your home with laughter, fun, and unconditional love.

Their adoption donation of $500 combined for both dogs includes their spay/neuter, vaccinations, and microchips.
