Gunner Beagle & Basset Hound Mix West Decatur, PA

Hi! I'm Gunner & I'm a 1-year old male beagle-basset mix! I'm adorable! I'm extremely energetic as young beagles mix are. I'm also very affectionate & sociable. I really like attention. I will cry when you leave me alone. But if you work with me gradually on that, I'm sure I will adjust to be being alone while you are away from me. I like to sleep in bed with my people, & to hang out on the couch with them. I have not been raised around children but I'm very friendly, and so I would probably be fine with children old enough to know how to treat an animal properly (7 or 8 years or older). I have lived with other dogs and a cat. I'm a bit much for elderly animals, but a home with younger animals would be fine. I love to be outside with my people! A fenced in yard or being on leash at all times when outside is required. If you exercise me with leashed walks, then you have to be able to make sure I get enough exercise. I'm housetrained, and I'm used to going outside every 3-4 hours. I'm not crate trained. I'm good in the car as long as I'm secured safely to the seat (I will cry off & on for about 20-30 minutes until I calm down). I will be neutered before I'm adopted.
