Gretchen's Story

Sweet Gretchen was rescued from euthanasia, and is super sweet and mellow, estimated to be only 2y old. She is finally in the household where she is learning what love and safety feel like. She is adorable and her energy is very calm, but does get cute zoomies around the yard with her toys.
She is potty trained and not destructive around the house. Gtetch n is currently 38lbs of love, but she is slowly gaining her healthy weight back after leaving the shelter.
She wakes up in the morning and gets her morning walk. She likes walks, likes to sniff everything, is curious about other dogs, but doesn’t pull or bark. She has her breakfast, then chews on a benebone or has the zoomies.
She usually follows you around and settles wherever you are - so if her foster mom is working by her desk, she’s under the desk, or if her foster mom is on the sofa, she curls up next to her. She sleeps through the night without problem. She likes squeaky toys and her chew bone and salmon skin treats.
