Ginger Snap Pomeranian & Chihuahua Mix Oklahoma City, OK

This little charmer is Ginger Snap!

Ginger Snap is an approximately 4.5-year old Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix and weighs around 8 lbs. She came to us very pregnant, but sadly her puppies did not live.

Ginger Snap is a very sweet, calm girl who likes to be around her people. She is VERY VERY SHY and takes a while for her to trust. She will need a very patient person or family. She is not one who comes when called...she runs. But once she trusts you, she will let you pet and pick her up. She really loves attention but at first it's just scary to her.

Ginger Snap is good indoors. She is crate and house-trained, but if not let out often enough, she will still have accidents indoors.

Ginger Snap loves other small dogs. She is also good with larger dogs, but just avoids them as they are bigger and can be scary. Ginger Snap loves treats, and loves to sleep in bed with a person (it's her favorite!).

Cuddling and sleeping together helps her bond to her person. She also can be a funny girl and dances around when you first get home. She loves going outside and being in the sun, but doesn't want to be left outdoors by herself.

We are looking for a very special home for sweet Ginger Snap. She needs time and patience for a while in a new home. Once she loves you, she loves you and you will have a friend for life. Ginger Snap would do best in a home with another calm, smaller dog. She will need a secure yard. An apartment unfortunately will not do for her as walking on a leash is scary for her and off leash is dangerous.

Ginger Snap is spayed, current on vaccinations, and microchipped.
