Gibbs's Story

If you love a good smush face, youll love Gibbs. With his big blocky head, floppy ears, puppy-dog eyes, and extra squishy cheeks, this 11-month-old, 75 lb boy is still very much a baby at heart. His breed is assumed to be Cane Corso/Boxer.

Gibbs is easy to love, joyful, affectionate, and incredibly sweet. He gets along great with other dogs and loves romping around with the pups in his foster home. As a giant puppy, hes still figuring out what to do with all those long legs and oversized paws, and lets be honest... sometimes his whole body seems to have a mind of its own. His clumsy antics only make him more endearing. With that in mind, he is still working on some puppy manners, like keeping all four feet on the ground when excited. Hes unbothered by the cats in his foster home and has been doing wonderfully with potty training. Gibbs sleeps quietly in his crate overnight and settles nicely when left home alone. He loves a good dog bed or comfy couch to lounge on and hangout.

This handsome guy is highly food motivated, making training fun and rewarding. Hes learning leash manners and gaining confidence every day. When its time to relax, Gibbs wants nothing more than to be close to his peoplewhether thats gently wedging his giant head between you and the couch or rolling over for endless belly rubs.

Despite his size, Gibbs is a soft-hearted sweetheart who adjusts quickly to new places and situations. Hes the kind of dog who fits into just about any home, provided you dont mind a little drool and a lot of love.

Gibbs is neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested, and current on vaccines. If youre looking for a loyal best friend with a squishy face and an even squishier heart, Gibbs may be your perfect match.

Adoption App:

https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/40532/generic
