She appears to be a Toy Aussie or Toy Aussie mix. Our best guess is that she may be mixed with dachshund or spaniel. She does have a full coat and a docked tail. She also has the most beautiful green eyes. Keep in mind that Toy Aussies are mixed breeds that typically have little to no Australian Shepherd genetics left in the mix. Petfinder does not offer a breed choice for Toy Aussie.<br/><br/>Freckles was seen running in a rural town multiple times. It was clear that her owners were unconcerned with her adventures. Some rescue friends talked them into surrendering Freckles in order to find a more suitable home. She appears to be house and crate trained. Freckles walks on a leash and is very eager to please her people. She will benefit from a formal training class and would be a good candidate to explore further training or fun things like small dog sports. Freckles is good with other dogs, it is unknown if she has ever lived with cats or small kids.<br/><br/>*Each pup is spayed or neutered and current on their vet cares.<br/><br/>*We do not hold or reserve dogs. We do not ship or fly. Prospective families must come to the dogs location in MN to meet.*<br/><br/>*Emails are answered in the order they are received.
