I'm Fluffy, a striking 4-year-old girl with a beautiful white and blond coat and a heart that needs time, patience, and understanding to shine. As a Great Pyrenees-Anatolian Shepherd mix, I'm a substantial presence at 64 pounds, and I'm spayed and ready for my forever home.<br/><br/>I do best with people who will allow me to adjust at my own pace and give me the time I need to build trust and confidence. I also require a home with another confident dog already in the household who can help show me the ropes, provide reassurance, and help me continue learning about the world around me.<br/><br/>I'd do best in a cat-free household where I can feel comfortable and continue growing into the amazing companion I'm meant to be.<br/><br/>A required in-person meet and greet at our shelter is part of the adoption process to help ensure a good fit for both me and my potential adopters.<br/><br/>My adoption fee is $350, and I promise that with a little love, patience, and understanding, you'll discover what a wonderful companion I can be. Come meet me and let's build something special together!<br/>------<br/>Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog's individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly.
