At around 4–5 years old and 20 pounds, this sweet girl has plenty of personality packed into a little body.<br/><br/>Fiona absolutely loves her people and would happily spend as much time with you as possible. She loves playing with toys, going to the park, and then settling in for some serious snuggle time. At home, she has some adorable sleeping preferences—she may choose to curl up above your head on your pillow or perch like a queen on the back of the couch so she can keep an eye on everything happening around her.<br/><br/>She does have a high prey drive, so a home without small animals would likely be the best fit. Fiona also has a playful habit of jumping up against the backs of people’s legs when she’s excited, so we think she’d do best with older children and adults rather than very young kids or someone unsteady on their feet.<br/><br/>Car rides aren't exactly Fiona’s favorite thing, but don't let that fool you—once she gets where she's going, she's ready for fun! She loves getting out to the park and exploring and playing.<br/><br/>More than anything, Fiona is looking for a person or family who has plenty of time and attention to give her. She is happiest when she can be part of the action rather than spending long periods alone. We have transports that leave Texas monthly. Our out of state adoption fee is $600 per dog. This fee includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations, a registered microchip, a negative heart worm test (if over 6 months old), health certificate, flea/tick monthly preventative and transport costs. The adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Face time, etc). The adoption application and fee would be finalized prior to transport.
