Meet Fiona

This girl (as you see in the one picture) was shutting down in a high kill shelter. Fiona had a pup she was surrendered with that was quickly rescued while she sat and made her way to the kill list. We stepped up and pulled her and are working on rehabbing.

She is a sweet girl who needs a lot of confidence and reassurance. She would blossom in a home where you were home alot and had the patience to show her she is safe. She does best out of a kennel. She will probably take months to fully adjust into a home and routine.

She likes to chase cats and play with them but have not seen any aggression. Fiona can be redirected with food easily and knows how to sit on command. She plays well with other dogs outside and does best inside with mellow respectful dogs. She loves everything about kids ! She may get exicted and knock the smaller ones over but she quickly attacks them with kisses!
