She will require a powdered enzyme added to her meals—possibly for life—to help her properly absorb nutrients. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
