Meet Elliott
Elliott was found as a stray in a severely neglected condition and brought to an animal shelter. He was matted, thorns and burrs in his overgrown coat and his eyes completely shut and covered by matted hair. The shelter had him groomed and it was discovered that he was suffering from untreated dry eye. We rescued him and immediately had our vet exam and treat him.
Elliott is approximately 8-10 years old and weights 11 pounds. He is a very sweet and friendly boy. He appears to be house trained and he is getting along with the other dogs in his foster home. He is just a lovely dog who will make someone a wonderful companion. We are treating his dry eyes and he will need to remain on eye medication for the remainder of his life. Elliott had a dental cleaning where most of his rotted teeth had to be extracted. He eats wet food just fine.
If you are interested in Elliott please first complete the adoption application on our website, www.greatpets.org. We cannot arrange an introduction without an application. If you have any questions please email info@greatpets.org. Elliott's $250 adoption donation includes his vet exam, neuter surgery, dental, blood work, flea control and microchip.
