Meet ELKO
Elko is a sweet and affectionate boy that gets very excited to see people and loves being hugged. He loves stuffed toys but goes through them quite quickly, so ideally needs some strong toys. He is house trained and knows some commands(sit, stay, down, come). When off leash, he is good about never straying too far away from the people he is with. He is high energy and will need a good amount of exercise. He can sometimes become a bit possessive over things he really values. In the home he came from, general times he did fine with the other dog, but at times would get jealous of certain things, like the child in the house, and would show some aggression over this. With enough structure and exercise in his life I think he could do okay with other dogs in a home. He doesn't do well with cats or chickens. Overall, he is a very smart boy and a fast learner. He would love to be able to go hiking or biking with his new owner.
