Elf's Story
Elf is a 25lb poodle or schnauzer blend possibly. He has had a traumatic life before coming into rescue. He was very shut down but has come a long way. Elf needs a family that is willing to put the effort into introducing him to the bond and trust a human dog relationship can have. In the short time we have had him he has become a happy bouncy excited for walks dog! He is extremely in need of love, he just soaks it up. His favorite thing to do (other than walks) is to be pet in the evening when you settle into bed. He is crate trained, potty trained (with the correct structure since he is scared), loves road trips, treats motivated, walks perfect on a leash along side me, no pulling! Assistance in intro to the family and guidance will be provided.
