Ducky COH is a 3 year old male Poodle Mix who was found stray in Hawthorne, navigating the world alone before rescue finally interrupted the cycle.<br/><br/>There's a sadness some dogs carry that doesn't come from one bad day. It comes from instability. From being overlooked too many times. From learning that survival and comfort are not the same thing.<br/><br/>Ducky has that look in his eyes.<br/><br/>But underneath it is warmth. Sensitivity. A dog who still wants connection despite whatever life asked him to endure before anyone stepped in for him.<br/><br/>He is gentle in spirit, deeply deserving of patience, and the kind of dog who will slowly unfold once he realizes hes finally safe.<br/><br/>Not every rescue dog comes to you healed.<br/>Some come to you hoping you'll stay long enough for healing to happen.<br/><br/>We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications.
