Like many pups his age, he’s still learning and will do best with structure, training, and consistent guidance.<br/><br/>Drac arrived underweight, but he’ll be getting the care he needs, including vaccinations and neuter surgery.<br/><br/>Despite everything, his spirit is strong and his heart is wide open.<br/><br/>He enjoys being around other dogs and does well with teenagers. His comfort level with cats is currently unknown.<br/><br/>What he truly needs is a committed family ready to give him patience, consistency, and lots of love.<br/><br/>A home with a large, secure yard would be ideal so he can run, play, and burn off that classic Doberman puppy energy.Not every dog is available for adoption or need a foster - some are wards of the rescue (usually due to medical reasons, but sometimes behavioral). These dogs will always be supported by DRL. We welcome financial support for these dogs. This screening process helps us to better match the dog with his or her furever home. - The dog will be microchipped for identification purposes. - You must sign a legal release form protecting you, Doberman Rescue League Inc. and the rescue dog. - If for any reason you must return the dog or the adopter fails to comply with Doberman Rescue League Inc. terms of adoption, WE WILL TAKE THE DOG BACK. YOU MAY NOT TRANSFER OWNERSHIP. **OUR RESCUE DOGS MUST BE KEPT AS AN INDOOR HOUSE PET.** - For the safety of the dog, heart worm preventative is required and we recommend that you follow a regular vaccine program established by your veterinarian to guarantee that your dog stays healthy. - Your dog must have a rabies shot and license in accordance with existing laws.
