DJANGO

Meet Django. This sweet boy is supposed to be a Great Dane/Mastiff mix (a Daniff), but he looks all Dane to us! This dog is all love, sweetness and affection with a whole lot of drool dashed in. Django lost his family, his home and his housemates all in a rapid fire way. He needs a home that can shower him with love and patience so he feels secure.

Django is having age related changes to his joints. A potential home must keep him moving, thin and on anti-inflammatories.

Talk about a gentle GIANT! Django is an affection seeking baby in the body of a small pony. This big guy lost everything in a snap, he seeks out love from anyone that will give him a little attention. Typical of the breed, he is a bit of a chicken and a stage 5 clinger. 6 years old is geriatric in this breed, so he has some arthritis & needs a home that can manage meds & keep him thin and moving. If you want to fill your home with love & drool, look no further than our newest obsession!

Leigh Wixson, LVT
Animal Shelter Supervisor

Town of Smithtown Animal Shelter & Adoption Center

410 East Main Street

Smithtown, NY 11787

P: (631) 360-7575

F: (631) 360-7973

https://www.townofsmithtownanimalshelter.com/

Facebook: @TownOfSmithtownAnimalShelter

Instagram: adoptsmithtown

TikTok: smithtownanimalshelter
