She is approximately 3 years old. She weighs 7 pounds but should probably weigh closer to 12 or 14 pounds. She is extremely emaciated. Dixie came to the Norfolk animal shelter as an owner surrender. She has been severely neglected. <br/><br/>Despite her situation she remains friendly. Her main focus at the moment though is eating. She is being fed 4-6 times per day to slowly reintroduce her to food. She gobbles anything you put in front of her.
