Dino's Story
Dino is a striking 2 year Husky with a bold personality and an even bigger heart. Bursting with playful energy, he’s ready for a home that can keep up with his adventurous spirit. Dino is a true social butterfly! He is friendly with new people, confident and tolerant around other dogs, and always eager to join the fun. A classic Husky at heart, he’s independent and a little aloof (eye contact is optional!), but his goofy charm and playful antics make him irresistible. Dino loves romping with toys, exploring the world, and being handled gently. He’s still polishing his leash manners and basic cues, but with a patient, consistent guide, he’s motivated and eager to learn. Because of his size and energy, Dino would do best in a home with older children who can match his enthusiasm. If you’re ready for a little wild, joy, laughter, and adventure, Dino can’t wait to meet you!

If you are interested in learning more contact our placement team at the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter:
E: Adoption@hempsteadny.gov
E: Foster@hempsteadny.gov
E: Rescue@hempsteadny.gov
T. 516.785.5220
Wantagh Long Island, New York

#Adoptme #adoptionistheoption #takemehome #adoption #rescue #rescueismyfavoritebreed #opttoadopt
