Meet Diamond
Hi! My name is Diamond and my foster mom says that I am a sweet doll with amazing character! She says I have the greatest expression; like I am smirking all the time.
My foster mom can't believe I am 12 years old and questions that daily. I am very spunky and often play with my favourite toy (one I have had for most of my life) while the younger dogs are lying on the couch! My foster mom thinks it is the terrier in me! She laughs at me a lot.
I am fine with other confident and calm dog but I am not fond of cats. I am extremely curious about cats and like to chase them but they apparently don't like that game, so I am looking for a home with no cats.
Hey bonus too is I have already had my annual dental clean and polish and like all the LMR dogs up to date with my shots so I am all ready to meet my new forever family. I am house trained, and learning to ring the bell at the door just like the other dog that is here in the foster home. I walk nicely on a leash and I am good in the car. I sleep on the floor in a bed next to my foster mom's bed all night long. I like it there, close to her but in my own space.
If you want a low key dog that LOVES to join you for walks and be your shawdow then I am the one for you. I would consider myself very lucky if you would like to meet me and take me to my furever home.
Please note that Little Mutts Rescue adoption fees are generally $400 for adults, $300 for dogs that are 5-8 years old, $200 for dogs over 8 years old and $500 for puppies. Includes spay / neuter, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchip, and a vet certificate of health (please note that if puppies are born in Calgary, we do not have a vet certificate to provide). If you are interested in adopting, please submit an adoption application at http://www.littlemuttsrescue.org/adopt/index.html
