Meet Dexter
Dexter is a smooth, steady, rock-solid guy. At 8, he's all about meandering walks with plenty of stops to smellvestigate and read his peemail.
His pace is pretty glacial and this is a guy who does not sweat the small stuff and prefers not to work up a sweat, period.
So, if rushing and stressing and making to-do lists are your jam, this is probably not the dude for you, as Dexter hurries and hustles for no one.
Dexter enjoys meeting new people and likes but never demands attention.
In short, he's the coolest dog. Dexter exudes cool.
We have not tried Dexter one-on-one with other dogs here at the shelter, but he's given us a couple of hints he'd prefer to be your one-and-only, if you're good with that.
