Hi, I am Dennis! I am a 3-year-old, 15-pound Jack Russell/Rat Terrier mix with a sweet nature and a gentle personality. I came to rescue after being saved from a hoarding situation down South, and now I am getting my chance to discover what it is like to have a family, a comfortable home and people to call my own.<br/><br/>I am a good little guy who does well with people and other dogs. I can be a bit shy when we first meet, but I am easygoing and just need a little time to get comfortable. Once I know I am safe, I am happy to be around my people and my canine friends. I may not be the first one to rush up and introduce myself, but give me a little time and I will show you what a sweet boy I am.<br/><br/>I am looking for a family who will let me settle in at my own pace and give me the love and encouragement I need to blossom. I have a lot of love to give and I am ready to find the people who will give me the chance to share it. I can be cat tested upon request.
