Dali - in search of a space for my BIG heart!

Hi! My name is Dali! I am a 10 week old, male, Belgian Malinois weighing in at a whopping 10 pounds, but I will get much bigger! I am here because the wonderful people at The Cantu Foundation found me, and they saved me! I am working on being house, leash, and crate trained and ready to come home with you. I just know we can be best friends. I love dogs and kids! I haven’t met cats yet.

I am playful, tough and loyal. I am very energetic and my temperament is very puppy-like (because I am one!) so I love to just spend my days playing, pooping and sleeping! My foster mom hasn’t noticed any separation anxiety when I’m left alone. I love my toys and bones to chew on are my absolute favorite. I also have a blast running around the yard and would do that for hours if you let me.

When I was born, my front left paw was infected and a couple weeks after it fell off, so I’m currently what you would consider a “Tripod” but no worries I get around extremely well!

I hope to go to a new home with a family that is ready to grow with me and help train me to be a good doggie in the years to come. I would do well with other dogs or as an only dog if my new humans are able to occupy me consistently and spend time doing lots of outdoor activities with me. I need to find an active home that understands my breed specific needs for proper training, attention and lots of love (Experience with Belgian malinois required).
