Daemon's Story

Hey You!?

Foster to Adopt Home Needed!

Are you looking for a puppy who is more like a Teddy Bear then a Terrier??
Do your shoes need rearranged?
Are you missing those long lost puppy kisses?
Do you need an activity partner?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, we may have the perfect puppy for you!

Everone, we'd like to reintroduce you to Daemon from our House of Dragons litters! At 23# and 4 months old, we think this guy is going to be a big boy of 40-60# full grown. He came to us as a Yorkshire Terrier mix but is more likely part German Shepherd or Rottweiler then Yorkie. Mom was 20# longhaired gold poodle mix of sorts and dad apparently was a vaccuum cleaner salesman from Cleveland. One thing is for sure, you can't be much cuter then this guy!

Are you looking for a docile, sweet companion? He may not be the best choice, but if rough and tumble, brawny, maybe a bit slow to pick up on things right away but super loveable, Daemon may be perfect for you! He is a big, clumsy lush of a pup and prefers to mozey through his day rather then go anywhere with definite purpose. This is a gentle giant of a pup with a super smile, big heart and playful demeanor that will definitely keep you laughing.

He has been with us now for a few months, and boarding is definitely no place for a puppy, so help us to find him a foster or foster to adopt home soon, so he can get some love, training, playtime and snuggles, in while he is still a baby

Due to his size, activity level and age, foster to adopt requirements are:

Living within 80 miles of Adams, NY.
Having previous/current pets in annually at a local veterinary office and up to date on vaccines as well as spay/neutered.
Being able to bring him back to our vets office in Adams for additional care if needed, prior to adoption. After adoption, we recommend taking them to your current vet to be established.
He is a social pup so he should be good with children over 5 years old, dogs and mayne even cats but he hasn't been cat tested.
Willing to have current family members come to a meet and greet to meet the pet and be sure an acceptable match.
Having time available to care for, socialize and start the training of a new pet.
An adoption donation of $550 is being asked, if you choose to adopt, but fostering is free. He had his initial vet check, is current on vaccines, dewormings and prescription flea and tick medications and he has been neuteted.

The first step in our adoption process is the veterinary reference check so please be sure to call your veterinarian's office, so we can get this step out of the way.

Please help us to continue helping those that knock on our doors!

To foster to adopt: https://form.jotform.com/Meowchatz/pet-adoption-application-form

To foster ONLY: https://form.jotform.com/Meowchatz/foster-application--acbs

7/19/26

Puppy Foster and Foster to Adopt Homes Needed!

This second "House of Dragons" themed litter are a mystery to us. There are way too many dogs in this overburdened home so when the owners offered to rehome some to prevent more in the upcoming months, we knew we needed to help. These "Yorkie mixes" put a smile on our faces when we saw them. Although their former owners told us their Yorkie was the dad, we have some MAJOR doubts. At 6-7# and 10 weeks old, we think they will likely be somewhere between 20-40# full grown so solid, medium sized dogs. What are they, we have no idea. Mom was 20# longhaired gold poodle mix of sorts and dad the household gigolo. One thing is for sure, they sure are cute. These rolly-poly pups could use foster or foster to adopt homes to get them ready for their upcoming spay/neuters next month. Everyone meet the boys Daemon, Aemond, Corlys and our little girl Alicent (already in a foster home).

Due to their size, activity level and age, foster to adopt requirements are:

Living within 80 miles of Adams, NY.
Having previous/current pets in annually at a local veterinary office and up to date on vaccines as well as spay/neutered.
Being able to bring each back to our vets office in Adams for additional care, prior to adoption.
