Meet Copper
Copper was found lying on the side of the road with a large shoulder wound assumed to be either a gunshot or a goring by a wild boar. He has mended now and is doing well. However, he has a cough and is thought to have congestive heart failure. Copper is 7+ years old. He has few remaining teeth but a great appetite.
Copper plays well with the smaller dogs and cohabitates with Egypt, a small chiweenie. He loves to play tug of war with the little dogs and graciously lets them win. He has figured out how to open the dog food bin and when he is not allowed, takes the handle and tries to bring it into his crate.
Cooper is at our Ringwood location at 260 Margaret King Avenue where he is available from 3-5 Adoption fee is waived for Copper.
