Coco's Story
Meet Coco Banana!

Coco is what happens when you take 60 pounds of pure potato, add a giant head, an even bigger smile, and absolutely zero concept of personal space.

Coco was found abandoned on someone's front porch and unfortunately found herself on the euthanasia list at an overcrowded shelter. Due to some amazing advocates, transporters, and a foster stepping up, Karmas Haven Rescue was able to save her.

This goofy girl is about 5 years old and is happiest when she's with her people. She's affectionate, playful, and has the kind of smile that can turn a bad day around. She's working on her leash manners; she can't help it, she's just so excited about EVERYTHING.

Coco has done well meeting all kinds of dogs with proper introductions. She isn't a fan of dogs jumping on her or getting right up in her face; she's simply very good at saying, "Excuse me, I'd prefer some personal space, thank you." With respectful dog friends and appropriate introductions, she does great.

While Coco did well meeting cats, she does tend to fixate on them, so she'd likely need some training and guidance in her new home to learn appropriate kitty manners. Because of that, we'd want any cat introduction to be slow and intentional.

Coco is spayed, heartworm negative, and up to date on her vaccinations, so she's ready to get started on being someone's spoiled couch potato.

If you'd love to give Coco her forever home, please submit an adoption application: https://form.jotform.com/242141215534142

karmashavenrescue@gmail.com
