Coco's Story

Meet Coco!

Coco was an owner surrender due to no time. She is an 8 month old Shih Tzu and Miniature Poodle mix. She weighs 9lbs and not expected to get larger than 10-12lbs full grown.

Coco is potty trained and is used to going on potty pads. If you make her, she will go outside haha! Foster family is working on getting her to go outside and use potty pads inside only when needed.

Coco is fully crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night or when her foster family is away.

Coco has lived with kids and does great with them, HOWEVER, she is in a very nippy, mouthy, jumpy phase and we wouldn't recommend a home with kids younger than 10 due to this behavior. With consistency and training, she will overcome this puppy behavior.

Coco does great with all dogs! Big and small. She is very playful and loves to run around in the yard.

Coco is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm negative, recently groomed and current on monthly preventatives. Her adoption fee is $300. You can fill out an application for Coco at sianimalrescue.org.

We are not currently returning phone calls due to a high volume of calls. If you have a question send us an email at rescueahoosierdoggo@gmail.com.

If Coco is still listed as adoptable, we are still accepting applications.
