Cheyenne German Shepherd Dog Kennewick, WA

Meet Cheyenne! She is a female German Shepherd born August 2017. Here is a little bit about her: She weighs about 50 lbs. and is crate trained and potty trained. She is pretty low energy due to having bad hips and arthritis. She’s doing well on a leash and will improve even more with practice! Some of her favorite things are toys, cuddles and kisses. She’s has a tendency to food aggression but is working on it. Cheyenne is good with other dogs but her foster mom is careful make sure her rambunctious play time is with smaller dogs because of her hips. She hasn’t been around cats so we are not sure if she’s cat friendly. She has a high prey drive so cannot be in a home with chickens. Her foster mom describes her as a friendly fun loving dog who wants to be with her people at all times and loves everyone. She has been known to slip out the front door to explore if given the opportunity. Even though she’s only 10 months old, Cheyenne is pretty mellow and easy to please. She’s very bright and already knows the commands: sit, stay, and wait.

Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, this dog will come to you from a foster home that has provided loving one-on-one attention, socialization and some basic training, as well as quality food and exercise.
