Chewy a partially sighted dog has, against all odds, shown an incredible bond with his foster family after his owner had to give him up due to her own health issues.
This 3-4-year-old dog wiggles with happiness when in the company of his foster parents, but despite this, he has been unable to secure his own home. He immediately integrated into his foster family and became the love bug of the whole neighborhood.
