Chewbacca Boxer & Pit Bull Terrier Mix New York, NY

My name is Chewbacca and I'm an 8 month, 61 lb Boxer/Bully bundle of love and energy. My hoomans say I'm the sweetest big boy in the world! I've been told that I'm super soft and that's why they love hugging and cuddling with me so much. I am very playful and loving, which is why I've quickly become the most popular pup in the park. I get along with everyone who stops to pet me or comment on my heart-shaped nose. I love meeting their pups, too. Even though I'm only 8 months old, I already know lots of things like Sit, Up, Come, Paw, and Down. I'm really very smart. Apparently, I also have the most expressive eyes, which is probably why my foster dad takes soooo many photos of me. By the way, I make really cute little noises to let him know when I have to go potty, when I am hungry, and when I'm ready to play. Frankly, I'm just adorable. It's a good thing I'm also modest. I am such a sweet boy, I will do well in any type of furever home. All I need are pawrents that will love me as much as I will love them.

All of our dogs come spayed or neutered, fully up to date on vaccinations, including rabies (if age appropriate) and bordetella, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
