Meet Caveman
This is Caveman! He has a very unique look that makes us think he might be a shar-pei mix, but we really don't know! It would be interesting to do a DNA test on him. He's a large boy, weighing in at 56lbs and we think he's around 2 years old.
He came to us as a stray so we are still getting to know him! So far he has passed our cat test and is neutral with other dogs on a walk. He doesn't have very good social skills with play so we are hesitant to put him in a home with another dog. He could potentially live with another dog if introduced properly and moved slowly.
Caveman knows basic commands such as sit and down, but like most shelter dogs he will need continuing training in his new home so he can be the best companion he can be!
