This big hunk of love is Casper. Casper is one of the 12 puppies that were born to Perdie the dog that was rescued from a storm drain by firefighters. He is a six week old lab/ heeler mix. Casper loves to play with his brother and cuddle with his foster family. Cuddling is one of his favorite pastimes. He is doing well with potty training and loves other dogs.
