Meet Carson
pet id 46105252
Carson has moved into a foster home! He had a sleepover with one of his Train-A-Bull team members and did so well they kept him to foster.
He's in the rowdy "teenager" phase most dogs go through but is super smart, loves to be with his people, is very cuddly, is housetrained, crate trained and has done awesome only chewing on toys he is meant to chew on. He walks great and is learning more obedience each day.
He is very dog friendly and is in training to learn how to communicate with his dog pals. His best match would be a well balanced and confident dog that could be a role model and an owner that understands dog playstyles.
Cats are unknown, but he does have a strong prey drive so we are guessing it is best to go to a cat free home.
He's living in his foster home with a 5 year old child and does really well with her but their interactions are closely monitored by the foster mom.
He was a stray so we don't know for sure his mix or age. He is on the smaller side, about 40 pounds and is about 12-18 months old.
As a Train-A-Bull sponsored dog he comes with the support of a professional trainer and his foster family to help him adjust to his new home. If you think he is a good fit for your lifestyle please contact us today at cbas_sponsorship@yahoo.com for more details and to set up a meet and greet!
Because of the COVID19 situation, the shelter is closed to the general public. If you would like to meet any of the adoptable dogs, please fill out an application online (if you are not already pre-approved) , call the shelter, and leave a message with your name and phone number and the dog you're interested in. Have patience, and they will call you back when they can. From there, a time will be scheduled for you to come and meet the dog. Please be patient, and remember they are very short staffed at the moment.
